JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further business development opportunities.

2. Establish relationships with prospective buyers through prospecting, referrals, internet inquiries and previous client base to exceed personal and company goals. Develop and maintain a client communication tracking system.

3. Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner

4. Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentations to the client, having researched their business and requirements.

5. Is actively involved in the decision-making process together with technical staff and management decision makers, facilitating execution of the BD process and closing the deals.

6. Maintain accurate records of entire contacts with clients, accurate knowledge of products.

7. Liaise with other members of BD Team to actively promote BD opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism.

8. Participate in company's branding by developing the market collateral including the brochure, leaflets, BD pitches, website, project portfolio etc

9. Weekly BD forecasting: amounts, status, etc. to ensure they were accurately reflected in the organization CRM

To act as a first point of contact of the company in the assigned market.

To generate business by maintaining good relations with current distributors & generating new distributors for increasing business & sales. To develop new markets.

Support existing distributors in commercialization, marketing, promotion, registrations.

Responsible for tender business.
