**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Follow-up on leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities and campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills. Provide accurate product or service information to customers.Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to close sales.

Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.Update customer information in the database accurately. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

**Languages-**
Should speak fluent English along with south Indian language
- Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil. Communicating in Hindi, will be an additional benefit

**Requirements**:
Proven telesales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
