**Key Responsibilities**
- Primarily designing, developing and maintaining the SD / FND Openreach Apps on Qlik platform.
- Analyse multiple data sources, and create a target integrated model in a data warehouse.
- Design and tune each layer for performance, and other non-functional requirements.
- Perform SQL analysis and tuning, read, write and modify any SQL queries and also help others to

understand.
- Designing data models within Qlik Sense, BTs strategic reporting and analytics platform.
- Designing visualisations within Qlik Sense that provide understanding of business performance and

actionable insights.
- Work with stakeholders to interpret KPIs and the underlying business data in order to be able to

design data structures that can be used by others to effectively present this data using an

appropriate visualisation tool.
- Share knowledge with other members of the team on technical and best-practices on aspects of Data

Design and implementation.
- Raise risks, track issues, and report progress of your work in a clear and concise way.
- Change existing data source of Qlik apps from OBIEE/ORBIT/Datalab to GCP.
- Enhance existing Qlik apps as per new versions released by Qlik.
- Complete E2E ownership of reporting groups.
- Ownership of migration of reporting from excel based manual platform to more digital solutions like

QLIK, OBIEE etc.
- Coach team members on domain knowledge, reporting governance & technical skills. (Qlik / GCP /

SQL)
- Work independently and without any hand-holding, and should be capable of coaching others in the

team.
- Provide support as a mentor on how to use report/dashboard data and supporting tools to new users

as well as provide feedback required to continuously improve processes.
- Perform data integrity, data quality & data trend checks to ensure quality and accuracy of existing,

new development, in migration reports.
- Ensure that there are mechanisms for accurate and timely production and distribution of Qlik Apps,

reports, procedures.
- Timely delivery of regulatory and compliance reports.
- Drive requirement gathering calls/meetings, proactively follow-up and liaise with relevant

stakeholders to fulfil all business generated asks / report migrations and share key inputs with

internal & external stakeholders.
- Efficiency delivery through automation and various other applicable methods. (FTE Saving, Strategic

ideas to contribute business leaders)
- Lead on reporting / Qlik governance methods agreed as per quality framework.
- Attention to aesthetic quality (look and feel) to ensure reports are being delivered is of a high

standard.
- Works with Data delivery team to validate accuracy of information being reported
- Collects data from various systems (could be manually running a report / extract through to

connecting via an ODBC)
- Identifying data quality issues, a level of accountability to resolve (depending on scale / complexity of

issue)
- Ensure that 100% back-up is in place for all agreed tasks.
- Responsible for developing & maintaining the process documents of Qlik App.
- Support and participate in internal transformation initiatives
- Take ownership of various tasks and work within the team for betterment of process

**Skills and Experience Required**
- 12 months experience of Database Design, and advanced SQL.
- 12 months experience working with data in a large corporate environment with a strong delivery

track-record.
- Experience of producing data visualisations using Qlik, Tableau, Excel, OBIEE or similar.
- Possess thorough knowledge of data analytics tools (OBIEE, Qlik Sense, Database Access/SQL/VBA

skills)
- Should be able to interact with stakeholders at all levels, meeting their needs in line with business

requirements.
- Analytical ability, Problem solving and Decision-making skills
- Design process charts.
- Should possess excellent eye for detail, quality orientation and should have high analytical bent of

mindset
- Experience of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) would be an added advantage.
- Anticipate needs and be pro-active in progressing work and breaking down barriers and removing

blockers to progress.
