Admin Executive

Office Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, petty cash, and facilities.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to different departments and senior management, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing documents, records, and files to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
- Communication: Facilitating communication within the organization, both internally among employees and externally with clients, vendors, or stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Coordinating and organizing company events, meetings, workshops, or conferences.
- Budget Management: Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses related to administrative functions.
- Vendor Management: Interacting with external vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Should have good working knowledge on Google Sheet and data keeeping.
Attributes we are looking for:
- 1. Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
2. Basic knowledge of labor legislation
3. Experience using spreadsheets
4. Organizational skills
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
6. Proven experience of 1+ years in handling Administration with HR operation experience as added advantage.
7. Hands-on experience in MS Excel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
