Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Prince AI, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within your assigned territory. This role requires a combination of strong sales, communication, and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of the B2B market and the value proposition of AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients within your target market.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Prince AI's solutions and their impact on business outcomes.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively.
- Negotiation and Contract Closure:
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Accurately forecast and track sales performance against established targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any post-sales inquiries.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new target markets and expand business reach.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn about AI solutions.
