**JOB TITLE: -TRAINER and MASTER TRAINER FITTER FABRICATOR**

- **Responsibilities**:
Deliver high-quality training sessions on various aspects of fitting and fabrication, including reading blueprints, operating machinery, and assembling components.
- Develop and implement effective training modules and instructional materials to facilitate student learning and skill development.
- Assess student performance and progress through practical assessments, written exams, and project assignments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the training curriculum and program effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the field of fitting and fabrication.
- Mentor and support students in career development, job readiness, and professional growth within the industry.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum ITI + CTI in Fitter Fabricator required and bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field will be preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in ITI or skills development programs, with a focus on fitting and fabrication.
- Substantial industry experience in fitting and fabrication, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively to students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to student success and skill development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to curriculum development and program improvement.
- Certification in teaching methodologies or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
