**Design & Planning**:

- Participate in the Internal (Master Construction Plan) and External Site Kick-Off.
- Receive and study the design drawings for adequacy and accuracy.
- Cross-check the issued Drawings with the Statutory approved Drawings. Raise query, in case of any variation, with the SM.
- Identify issues (if any), or missing details prepare and share the same with the SM.
- Maintain structural drawings, part prints and shop drawings in good order.
- Participate in the BOQ/ BOM/ Schedule preparation.

**Material Procurement & Utilization**:

- Plan and order the quantities of concrete/ steel/ other materials, in conjunction with SM
- Place the request with the Site Admin through the Material Requisition form (MRF)
- Verify the various Materials (Quality and Quantity) in coordination with the Stores Keeper.Ensure that the same in in accordance with the PO and the Challans.
- Direct the Lorries to designated and Safe storage areas, in coordination with Stores Keeper.
- Update the Site Admin on the details of the Materials received, along-with the relevant documents. Also share inputs on the Quality/ Damages/ etc., with the Site Admin.
- Maintain the records of concrete and steel and other bulk material, received and used.

**Site Execution**:

- Receive the Daily work plan from the Site Manager
- Participate in Daily TBT/ Conduct Job Specific Training to the FL
- Prepare WCF & JHA (wherever applicable)/ Conduct LMRA
- Ensure site execution as per the given Plan (Daily/ Weekly/ Overall Schedule)
- Ensure that the work activities are planned and executed as per the SWMS, and the Mitigations mentioned in the WCF/ JHA/ PTW
- Ensure the sub-contractors personnel are using correct Drawings, details and SWMS.
- Monitor and supervise the Sub-Contractors works and report progress and issues/concerns to the SM, as appropriate.
- Inspect the Sub-Contractors works in progress for conformance to Quality and Design, and get the rectifications done if any in timely manner
- Monitor Sub-Contractors off site activities (Fabrication yard/ etc.), where applicable.
- Proactively identify the various interfaces like openings, Conduits, Inserts, M&E penetrations etc. and liaise with SM/ other Site Officers/ Other L3’s/ etc., for coordination of these interfaces.
- Submit daily measurement reports to Site Manager
- Prepare the bar-bending schedule, and submit to SM for verification before cutting/bending.
- Check setting out of formwork in conjunction with Land Surveyor.
- Record acceptance/rejections of work.
- Ensure implementation of trade handing over procedures and get progressive cleaning up of work areas done by respective contractors.
- Provide inputs and assist SM, in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Participate in daily Site closeout meeting
- Arrange daily photos & work progress updating in WhatsApp groups (Client/ Internal).
- Attend the HSSE and Project progress review meetings
- Close the respective action, as given in the MOM, within the prescribed time-line.
- Document verbal instructions through CVI.
- Contribute and support SM in achieving maximum Client satisfaction score.

**Site Inspection & Survey**:

- Liaise with SM, to raise Request for Inspection to arrange for inspection of Civil and Structural works from Client Representative/ PMC.
- Update the Quality Check-list/ Documents/ Evidences/ etc., for the relevant works being executed
- Maintain the record of all the inspection of works as per the standard inspection checklists.
- Maintain relevant Quality records pertaining to all allocated works. (Inspection checks/test reports/results etc.).
- Inspect and liaise with SM to compile the Quality records for Client Inspection (as per the Ensure conformance to the approved drawings.
- Maintain survey records.
- Attend refresher QA/QC training on quality and process compliance.
- Support the internal inspection by QA/QC engineer.

**HSSE**:

- Ensure all Sub-Contractors personnel are adopting safe work practices and using appropriate PPE’s which are maintained in good condition.
- Ensure safe access is provided to the work places.
- Actively promote Safety good safety practices as per HIGH PARRA standards during day to day execution of works.
- Ensure execution of the site as per HSSE plan and HSSE manual of the company
- Ensure all requisite Documentations, as specified in our HSSE document/ Client requirements, are fully complied with.
- Ensure that there is no Violation of Permit system
- Ensure all the Safety Objectives are fully met (LSR/ Golden Rules/ etc.)
- Immediate Compliance/ Submission of Closure reports, for all Safety related observations
