We are looking for a Logistics Admin professional to join our dynamic team to support in logistics and admin activities.

**What you'll do**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Verify the goods and collect them in the system
- Once the goods are received in the office, verify that the goods are appropriate.
- Mark the goods as collected in the system.
- Co-ordinate with Mumbai office for seamless delivery of goods in Surat
- Support function
- Support the logistics team in QC, bar coding and shipping the goods.
- Be a team player and support the team in their endeavors and scale new highs.
- Organize and maintain files and records, update when necessary.
- Inventory the stock of office supplies and order what is needed for proper functioning of office.
- Any other relevant admin work.

**What you'll need**:

- 1-3 years of experience in logistics / Admin coordination roles
- Self-motivated/can-do attitude
- Great Attention to detail
- Can follow steps and guidelines diligently.
- Good written & Verbal communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Flexible to work in extended hours.

**Nice to haves (so not must haves)**:

- Knowledge of diamonds.
