Surat, India Snowman Logistics Ltd Full time

Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Prepare and send invoices to vendor ,Timely submission on vendor billing
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Submit tax forms
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

Admin:

- HK, Workers attendance, Staff attendance
- Licenses: - Follow-up for the licenses required as per the business (Factory, FSSAI etc.)
- Deal with Government officers
- Meeting with the vendors & clients
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and Policy making, Implementation and employee performance programs.
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments.
- Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Verification of vendor bills.
- Helping Branch Manager & reporting Manager as per business requirment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
