Sales Support Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join our team for the mobile app "Bnao." This app aims to provide users with a seamless and enjoyable experience, and we need a dedicated professional to assist in sales support and customer interactions.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential and existing customers to provide information about the mobile app "Bnao" and address their queries or concerns.
**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients. Provide necessary documentation and support to facilitate the sales process.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the features and functionalities of the "Bnao" app to effectively communicate its value proposition to customers.
**Issue Resolution**: Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
**Lead Qualification**: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, identify opportunities for upselling, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback regarding the mobile app's performance, features, and overall user experience. Communicate this feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to contribute insights for enhancing the app's competitiveness.**:
**Salary**: ₹10,036.57 - ₹21,256.26 per month
