Facility Executive
Work Dynamics
What this job involves?
To provide comprehensive FM services at client locations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
PO / Invoice Processing & Statutory Compliance of Vendors
Accessible for all Escalations related to respective Facilities.
To achieve financial and other targets established by Facilities Manager in line with Compliance guidelines.
Ensure all staff are effectively trained on all facilities policies and procedures
Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
SPOC for all Facility management service deliverables not limited to Front office, Courier, Employee Transport, Housekeeping, Cafeteria etc.
Regular walkthrough of the facility and ensure to have Quality Facility services delivered across the floors including Test laboratories / Warehouse to ensure performance measures are being maintained.
Closely work with Engineering team to ensure monitoring of services delivered at respective shifts.
Ensure to report back all critical observations with Facility manager without any delays.
Deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client’s business needs in a safe working environment.
Liaise regularly with client and report on Facility Management issues or updates
SPOC for processing Supplier / vendor invoices and ensure for releasing payments as per the contract terms.
SPOC for Invoice / PR /PO/ Expenses / Agreement tracking.
SPOC for finance activities like Invoice, Accruals, Bud Vs Actual etc.
Ensure to complete Compliance Audits online and submit the reports with FM
Implement Standard operating procedures to deliver Facility operational services.
Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks.
Follow EHS Best practices without any deviations.

Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you’ll develop tools that help measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.
