SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Demonstrated initiative, strong relationship-building skills, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel for basic data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with marketing acumen.
- Stay updated on company growth and product developments.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate site visits by engaging with potential clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence, aiming to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
- Foster positive relationships and maintain a conducive environment.
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to strengthen relationships and generate leads.
- Reach out to new customers, highlighting the benefits of the service.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided lists or leads generated through research.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Exhibit excellent conversational and customer interaction skills.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive atmosphere during work hours.
- Adhere to quality standards.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
