**Sales Coordinator**

**Job Overview**:
The Sales Lead is a key member of the sales team, responsible for leading and managing a group of sales representatives to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and providing strategic guidance to the sales team while actively contributing to the overall sales strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Team Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, share updates, and address challenges.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of team members.

**2.Sales Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**3. Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members against sales targets.
- Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Provide regular feedback and recognition to encourage high performance.

**4. Sales Forecasting**:

- Work closely with the sales management team to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning based on data analysis.

**5.Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Assist the team in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to customer satisfaction.

**6. Training and Development**:

- Coordinate and conduct sales training programs for team members.
- Keep the team updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
