Chief Manufacturing Economist

**CMA with Experience of at least 10 years in a manufacturing Industry**

1. Conducting RMC Reconciliation of the material to ensure that the project is running as per planned consumption values;
2. Checking and informing about the non-streamlined consumption record for channelized project flow

3. Drafting & monitoring the SOPs for on-time task completion in accordance with industry regulations & business standards

4. Understanding the variance (expected & current) by conducting variance analysis and providing accurate data to assist in the decision-making process by management

5. Conducting pricing analysis & evaluating the transfer pricing

6. Providing in-depth factors of financial relevance after analyzing the product profitability and presenting a true and fair view of financial position of the company by accurate reports preparation

7. Capex Analysis & forecasting, and Project Controlling & Revenue forecasting for projects

8. Preparing & reviewing product costing of manufacturing products and utilities

9. Managing month closure activity; steering plan accounting; ensuring appropriate provision for various expenses (COGS)

10. Conducting inventory valuation of raw material, WIP & finished goods

11. Assisting in audits by coordinating with and providing necessary financial information to the statutory auditors

12. Scheduled and managed new product costing in correlation with the team members and the department managers; added/deleted valuation of running products.

13. Conducted cost audit & maintained cost records

14. Filed cost audit reports & cost compliance reports

15. Prepared control chart, cost sheet & performance appraisal reports for product costing

16. Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 per month
