Executive Merchandiser

Plan, develop and implement merchandising strategies that create a good balance between customer's requirements and the company’s objectives.
- Lead the entire process from prototype making to PP sample making, getting all approvals from buyer like labdips/ print/trims/fit.
- Costing and price quoting to buyer, if required negotiate with buyer.
- Analyze the market trends and buyer requirement.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Identify the cause of potential production problem and take initiative to overcome it.
- Monitor production and discuss quality issues and resolves raised problems immediately with factory on daily basis.
- Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, mark downs, clear outs etc.
- Maintaining and tracking inventories.
- Forecasting sales and profits.
- Strong organizational and decision making skills.
- Commercial awareness.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
