Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Team or specialist to manage and grow our brand’s

presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website blogs. This role will also involve personal

PR management for the founder/CEO on LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring professional,

engaging, and high-impact communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management

Develop, implement, and manage strategies to grow followers and engagement on Instagram

and LinkedIn.

Plan and post high-quality, brand-aligned content regularly (photos, videos, and text).

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Run paid ad campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn for lead generation and brand visibility.

2. Content Creation & Blogging

Write and manage website blog posts aligned with SEO best practices to enhance organic

traffic.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Brainstorm creative campaigns for seasonal or special event marketing.

3. Personal PR Management

Handle the LinkedIn and Instagram accounts of the founder to build a strong personal brand.

Draft thought-leadership content, personal posts, and milestone announcements.

Engage with relevant connections and respond to messages professionally on behalf of the

founder.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Track and report the performance of social media campaigns, blog traffic, and PR efforts.

Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on analytics.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with other departments (like the photography team) to align marketing campaigns

with company objectives.

Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other vendors when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn) and blogging.

Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Ability to create engaging content and grow social channels organically.

Experience in running ad campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and LinkedIn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for PR management.

Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (Google

Analytics, Instagram Insights).

Preferred Skills:
Experience in photography or visual arts industries.

Previous experience managing executive-level PR.

Understanding of brand storytelling and personal branding strategies.
