**Job Summary**:

- **Sales & Marketing Management**:

- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Set and monitor KPIs, targets, and performance metrics to drive team effectiveness and market reach.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to strengthen client loyalty.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Streamline business processes to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage budget, resources, and expenses to achieve profitability.
- **Market & Competitive Analysis**:

- Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics to stay competitive.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business strategies.
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Prepare and present regular business performance reports to the senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all business operations.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 7+ years of experience in a senior management or business leadership role, ideally in a similar industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve strategic business goals.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to drive results.
- **Client-Centric**: Strong client relationship management skills.
