Roles and Responsibilities of Accounts Executive
- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Record all invoices, receipts, and payments using accounting software and ensure they are categorized correctly.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Handle vendor invoices and ensure prompt payments.
- **Reconciliation and Reporting**:

- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial ledgers.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor cash flow to ensure the company has adequate funds for day-to-day operations.
- Report any cash flow issues and propose solutions to management.
- Oversee cash handling processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Compliance and Audit Preparation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain organized records for audit trails and tax filing purposes.
- **Payroll Management**:

- Calculate and process employee payroll, including salary, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement in coordination with HR.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- **Inventory and Asset Management**:

- Track and manage inventory levels of gold and other precious metals.
- Maintain asset records and ensure that assets are correctly valued in the accounts.
- Conduct regular stock audits in coordination with the operations team.
- **Customer Service and Communication**:

- Liaise with customers regarding account-related queries, such as payment schedules and billing issues.
- Provide customers with transaction records and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
- **Financial Analysis and Forecasting**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost savings, and improvement areas.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning by providing financial insights.
- **Support for Loan Services**:

- Collaborate with the finance team on loan-related documentation and reporting.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of loan disbursements and repayments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
