Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Accounts Management:

- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Monitor and report on financial discrepancies and variances.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.
- Help with internal and external audits as required.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee data.
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing and payments.
- Resolve any billing or payment issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or accounts role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
