**Job description**

We are a KPO Company (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) and we do have clients in the US, UK & Australia. We are providing Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Tax return services to our clients. We have a decent and Employee friendly work culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials.
- **Customer Service**:

- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update company databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing social media accounts.
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrator or executive assistant are a plus.
