**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate sales calls to potential customers
- Promote and sell products or services over the phone
- Reach out to new leads through cold calling
- Handle inbound sales inquiries
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Update and manage customer data within the CRM system
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide information on pricing and product availability
- Address customer concerns and objections
- Meet and exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer experience
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve sales goals

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection or objections
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with a competitive spirit
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
