This established UK press agency is recruiting Freelance Reporters from India with passion for human interest and image-led news stories.

By joining our skilled UK team of staff writers, and both working hard and creatively, you will find your incredible stories published in the UK national newspapers (from The Guardian to the Times, and The Mirror to the Telegraph), online news outlets (from The Sun, MailOnline to LadBible) not to mention international titles such as NY Post, Bild, Le Monde, Times of India.

You must be a people person with a good telephone/video call manner, full to the brim with ideas, and have a fluency for social media. You must be hungry to have your work featured widely in the mainstream media.

Your writing must be fast, accurate and to the point, with a flair for identifying a jaw-dropping top line. You must be positive and an exceptionally hard worker. A knowledge of visual storytelling and how to select the right images and video content is desirable. Experience of working with photographers to syndicate their material would be an advantage.

Knowledge of UK media, culture and writing style would all be an advantage.

**Company Description**

You will work for Media Drum World and its sister brand MDWFeatures. We specialise in international picture-video syndication and the production of real-life feature stories.

From our global network of independent journalists, photographers and videographers, we source and supply exclusive words-picture-video content to the UK national newspapers, broadcasters, book publishers, commercial clients and international media outlets.

Our skilled editorial team works closely with media clients, public relations professionals and members of the public to ensure our carefully chosen stories are placed with world-renowned news, magazine and broadcast brands.

**Requirements**:

- You must be a positive person, an exceptionally hard worker and be comfortable working under a target driven working culture with performance bonuses being motivational.
- Knowledge of visual storytelling and how to select the right images and video content is desirable.
- You must be an expert in social media.
- You must have excellent commnication skills and be confident representing the company
- You must be equipped to work from home effectively, with your own well-maintained computer and a fast and reliable internet connection.
- Ideally, you will be a reporter with at least six-months paid experience at a newspaper, digital publisher, magazine, or agency.
- However, exceptional graduates and with relevant qualifications and work experience will be considered.
