**Designation: Procurement / Customer Service Project Administrator**

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday fixed week offs)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The position would be responsible for,
- Communicating with colleagues from client's UK and Ireland office over the teams on day-to-day activities
- Collating data and documentation from across divisions, possibly liaising with procurement teams from around the global to obtain.
- Standardization and “cleaning” of divisional data (including formats, field names) to facilitate loading to common global databases and repositories.
- Loading and maintenance of data and/or documentation in common databases/repositories.
- User Access Management in systems implemented globally. This includes helping identify new users, gathering their details and arranging security-compliant access.
- Administration for Change Management activities, such as issuing training invitations and maintaining training attendance records.
- Provision of customer service and support to day-to-day end users of Procurement’s systems and processes. An example, could be to assist Procurement team with challenges of supporting larger user community post-implementation, including many new users.

**Must have skills**:

- Excel knowledge intermediate to good.
- Excellent English communication skills with experience of dealing with clients offshore.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- UK shift

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:
