**Procurement Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Procurement**:

- Source and assess suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms for the procurement of goods and services.
- Keep abreast of market trends, perform cost analysis, and seek opportunities to reduce costs.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, and other significant procurement information.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies, industry standards, and ethical practices.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to gauge their procurement needs and deliver timely solutions.

**Administrative Functions**:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure operational continuity.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of facilities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including lodging and transport for staff.
- Handle documentation and maintain records in accordance with company policies.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.

**Vendor Management**:

- Forge and sustain robust relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assess vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and strategize to enhance vendor partnerships.
- Continually seek to refine the procurement process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

**Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to devise and oversee budgets for procurement and administrative areas.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement expense control measures.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in procurement and administrative tasks.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement and administrative activities.

**Communication**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to align on needs and expectations.
- Regularly report on procurement and administrative activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, vendor management, and administrative roles.
- In-depth understanding of procurement procedures, best practices, and relevant regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Proficiency in office productivity software and procurement systems.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control practices.
- Capable of working both in a team and independently.
- Upholds high ethical standards and integrity in procurement and administrative practices.

**Location**:Ahmedabad

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
