We are hiring a **Google Ads Promotion & SEO Specialist** who requires careful consideration of qualifications, skills, and experience. Here's a point-wise breakdown of what you might have for developing and implementing a multi-platform digital marketing strategy for our client's benefit.

**Position**: _DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT_

**Salary**: 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 P.A.

**Job Overview**:

- The Google Ads Promotion & SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.

**Education**:

- Minimum Qualification 10+2 and basic knowledge of Marketing and Advertising related fields. Additional certifications or courses in Google Ads and SEO are advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across various platforms such as Google Search, Display Network, and YouTube, with a focus on achieving campaign objectives and maximizing ROI.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases, and create targeted ad groups and campaigns to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost-per-click (CPC), and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve campaign goals within budget constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Google Ads and SEO, and implement strategies to adapt to changes and maintain competitive advantage.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and implement technical SEO improvements to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and page copy, to improve keyword relevance and organic search performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content creators, web developers, and designers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to Google Ads and SEO initiatives, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and achieving measurable results, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proficiency in Google Ads platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, with the ability to create and optimize campaigns independently.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and software such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar tools for keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings and recommendations, and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification and/or SEO certifications (e.g., SEO Fundamentals, Advanced SEO) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
