- Support the Service Head in allocating calls to service team members
- Online Assistance to HPCL/BPCL Engineers

- Support Service head in assigning calls to service team members
- Follow up on payment from customer for spot billing
- Helping Service Head in creating monthly Excel based reports as per format.
- Checking the Branch Uptime Monitor
- Mail communication for service call given to another branch
- Maintaining the performance report f POC is going on
- Mail communication and bill submission for recovery part for HPCL and BPCL
- Also handling the logistics/courier part for Pune branch, to make the Declaration to send material through courier
- Maintain the stock of Branch interact with other branch CCO / Service head for our branch installation and to attend critical vehicle
