Sales Support Executive

Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond
- Enquiry and followup for new orders and mails.
- Send quotations and get orders on quotations.
- Make quotations and send invoices after verifying work reports.
- Followup for payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support.
- Identify and research potential clients within the facility and security industry.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to overcome objections and secure commitment.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹10,030.20 - ₹27,669.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
