**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Management**:
- Generate leads by explaining property details and identifying customer needs.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- **Sales and Relationship Building**:
- Present property details, features, and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
- Schedule site visits or appointments for prospective clients with the sales team.
- Build rapport with clients to maintain long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Address customer queries and provide accurate and timely information about properties and services.
- Persuade potential clients to consider properties that match their needs and close sales over the phone where possible.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and conversions.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, property developments, and competitors.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving telesales processes and campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
