**Position Overview**:We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a_ **Billing Staff member for the bar counter**_. As a Billing Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes, contributing to the overall positive experience of our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate and process accurate bills for bar transactions
- Ensure timely and precise recording of all transactions in the billing system
- Collaborate with the bar and restaurant staff to verify and reconcile orders
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies in a professional manner
- Work closely with the finance department to maintain accurate financial records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns related to billing
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the bar counter
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding billing and cash handling
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in billing, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with billing software and point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
