**Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of quality in all pastry products, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.

**Inventory Management**: Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the culinary team to coordinate menu offerings and ensure a cohesive dining experience.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Menu Planning**: Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and develop pastry menus that align with the overall culinary concept.

**Cost Control**: Monitor and control food costs, implement cost-saving measures, and seek opportunities for efficiency.

**Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers to gather feedback and incorporate suggestions into menu improvements.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
