**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ Years of professional AWS Infrastructure Architecture and Implementation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Fluent English (written/spoken)
- AWS experience in an enterprise environment
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- 2+ years of experience in teaching or training.
- Valid Passport

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, mentor, grow and support technology professionals with the specific AWS and more broadly infrastructure domains.
- Able to plan, implement, and manage both green field implementations and migrations into AWS, including demonstrated project management competency
- In depth knowledge and working experience in core AWS Services, especially including EC2 and S3 in both Windows and Linux configurations
- Understanding of AWS Networking, including ELB, VPC, include security concepts associated with VPC, and site-to-site VPN
- Understanding of Cloud Formation and other infrastructure automation capabilities and scaling services, and in-depth knowledge of the AWS CLI
- Understanding of managing Database services within AWS including MySQL, Postgres, and Oracle; working knowledge of SQL s plus but not required
- Detailed understanding of IAM including ability to write Policies
- Understanding of monitoring tools, especially CloudWatch
- Understanding and awareness of AWS specialty services such as EKS, Lambda, RedShift, Glue, Glacier storage, etc.
- Understanding of AWS Budgeting and Cost Management - both the concepts and the specific tools
- Experience supporting development teams such is in managing the infrastructure of development, automated deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Consulting Services and the Consulting Sales structure
- Desirable previous international experience (US, Canada, or Europe)

**Main responsibilities of the position**
- Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our best-in-class AWS training; design training material and syllabuses, create and conduct in-house classes, guiding and mentoring the progress of future consultants’ technical skills to junior, mid-level and senior competency levels
- marketing and managing resources in the field.
- Guide onboarding consultants with their AWS training
- Play an integral part in preparing and delivering these qualified resources to our clients
- Develop Consultants’ interview skills by preparing mock interview sessions and role playing before client interviews
- Provide primary technical support for consultants in the field (remote support)
- Interact with the Executive and Sales team to ensure projects and employees are appropriately matched
- Update Executive and Sales team on the continued production and successes of consultants in the field.

**Salary**: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
