Receptionist Sales

A receptionist's job is to be the first point of contact for a business, greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and providing information. Receptionists may also perform clerical tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies. Here are some common responsibilities of a receptionist:
- Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner and directing them to the correct office
- Answering phone calls: Answering phone calls promptly and directing them to the correct department
- Providing information: Providing information about products and services, and answering questions about business operations
- Scheduling appointments: Scheduling meetings and following up with appointments
- Performing clerical tasks: Organizing files, copying, scanning, and routing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintaining records: Keeping office records up to date
- Processing bills: Processing bills and helping customers with questions about their charges
- Maintaining security: Providing passes to visitors and notifying the appropriate people when a visitor arrives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
