**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems.
- Process payments, issue room keys, and provide necessary hotel information to guests.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle reservations or cancellations.
- **Guest Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing complaints, and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a database of guest preferences and offer personalized services.
- Coordinate special requests like birthday celebrations, tours, or reservations for dining and events.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain guest records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing daily reports such as occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct courtesy calls or check-ins with guests during their stay.
- Solicit guest feedback and handle it with professionalism.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Communicate guest requests, preferences, or complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in handling emergencies by following hotel protocols.

- **Sales & Promotions**:
- Upsell hotel services such as spa packages, dining experiences, or room upgrades.
- Promote hotel loyalty programs and other promotional offers.
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or similar roles in a hotel or service industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.).
- **Language**: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management.
