Job Title**:Office Admin Executive**

**Job Description**:
The Office Admin Executive is responsible for providing efficient administrative support and

ensuring the smooth operation of the office. They play a crucial role in managing various tasks

and responsibilities to maintain a productive and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.

Coordinating and monitoring office supplies, inventory, and equipment.

Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Managing office budgets, expenses, and invoices.

Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinating and communicating with various departments and teams.

Assisting in arranging internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.

Distributing internal communications and announcements.

Facilitating effective communication channels within the organization.

Assisting with the preparation and distribution of company-wide communications.

Collecting, organizing, and inputting data into various systems and databases.

Maintaining and updating employee records, contracts, and relevant documents.

Generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights as needed.

Ensuring data confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with data protection laws.

Implementing and maintaining efficient filing and retrieval systems.

Identifying and resolving administrative issues and challenges.

Troubleshooting office equipment, technology, and operational problems.

Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or

equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as an Office Admin Executive or similar administrative role.

Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Adaptability and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,741.74 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
