Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth.

2) Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Utilize various channels to generate leads, identify prospects, and engage in proactive outreach to expand the client base.

3) Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

4) Proposal Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.

5) Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive the sales process from initiation to closure, meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute significantly to revenue growth.

6) Networking and Industry Engagement:
Actively participate in industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and identify potential business collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- A background in architecture with a solid understanding of architectural concepts and industry dynamics.
- Proven experience in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Strong proposal development skills with the ability to create persuasive and tailored presentations.
- Demonstrated success in sales and revenue generation, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional networking skills and a proactive approach to industry engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Experience in an architecture/interior design firm is preferable.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
