Prt Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Develop age-appropriate teaching materials, worksheets, and resources.
- Organize and lead group activities, projects, and discussions.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Regularly assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Use various teaching techniques to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Promote a positive learning atmosphere and encourage student engagement.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Identify students' individual learning needs and provide additional support where necessary.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Offer one-on-one assistance to students requiring extra help.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Keep parents informed about their child's progress through regular meetings, reports, and communication.
- Address any concerns or queries raised by parents regarding their child’s academic development.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Follow the school’s curriculum and make necessary adjustments to suit the students' needs.
- Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching methods.
- **Co-Curricular Activities**:

- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and other school functions.
- Encourage students to take part in clubs, sports, or creative activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions to improve teaching skills and stay informed about educational practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
