Prt Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching All Subjects**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum to meet educational standards.
- Foster an interactive and child-friendly learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- **Lesson Planning & Implementation**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons based on the school’s curriculum and academic goals.
- Use a variety of teaching resources and techniques (visual aids, audio-visual presentations, project work, etc.) to enhance student learning.
- Monitor the academic progress of students and adjust lesson plans as needed to accommodate their learning styles and needs.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment that encourages students to be active learners.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Encourage a growth mindset in students, focusing on effort, perseverance, and learning from mistakes.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments (quizzes, tests, assignments) to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
- Prepare and administer periodic exams and maintain records of students' academic performance.
- **Student Development**:

- Address the social, emotional, and developmental needs of students, providing individual support when necessary.
- Encourage students’ involvement in extracurricular activities to develop their overall personality.
- Build students' confidence and motivation through praise and encouragement.
- **Parent Communication & Collaboration**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents to discuss student progress, areas of improvement, and general well-being.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on students’ academic and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff to support students' overall learning experience.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends.
- Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to improve teaching methodologies.
- Share best practices and resources with colleagues to enhance the teaching-learning process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
