Job Role and Responsibilities

As a HR,
- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff in the department.
- Training, counseling and coaching the staff.
- Overseeing the daily workflow of the department.
- Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. As a Corporate Trainer,
- Providing offline and online trainings to the employees.
- Going on field visits from time to time.
- Making reports & drafting mails.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow - 2, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
