**Job Title: CPBFI Trainer - Insurance**

**Location**:Kolkata, Ranchi, Bokaro, Dehradun, Haridwar, Patna, Varanasi UP (E ), UP (W), NESA, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Graduation/Graduation in Commerce, Science, or Engineering.
- Certification from IRDA or recognized insurance training institute.

**Experience**:

- 3-4 years of training experience, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Previous roles in customer-facing or intermediary-facing positions in an insurance company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive CPBFI training as per established modules.
- Train participants to effectively pitch insurance products based on customer needs.
- Provide guidance for participants to understand tasks in various insurance roles.
- Manage and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven corporate training experience.
- Proficiency in various group training methodologies.
- Stay informed on the latest regulatory developments, new insuranceproducts, and technological advancements.
- Strong communication skills in both English and the regional language.
