Mobile Sales Expert

Designation: Sales Executive - Off-Roll
Roles and responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets assigned
- Drive and execute the program through retail channel
- Ensure productivity on assigned programs as laid down by the organisation
- Train/coach SEC/FOS/TL/Retailers/Stores sales staffs to influence sale
- Timely scheme communication and performance feedback to FOS/TL/SEC/Retailers
- Should visit minimum 6-8 retailers on daily basis
- Find new stores/opportunities & customers
- Develop relationship with store executives and drive assigned program
- Monitor brand store promoter performance
- Daily reporting with regular update to Account manager
- Special focus and effort to develop retail channel with renewed emphasis on expansion in retail channel
- Carry POSM, ensure deployment and audit
- Work with all departments for solving operational issues of retailers
Skill Set Required:
- Graduate in any field
- Language Proficiency: English & Regional language (preferred)
- Data driven, Result oriented
- Eager to learn and deliver
- Ability to work under aggressive sales target and positive pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Should have 3-4 years of learning in sales and distribution with major experience in to channel sales in Telecom/Mobile Handset/Value Added Service
Career Progression Plan:

Compensation Plan:
- Salary up to Rs.25,000/- per month (NTH) + Incentive if any + Local conveyance claim
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
