**Job Title: Administrative Executive - Infrastructure Management**
**Overview**:
As an Administrative Executive specializing in Infrastructure Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our organization's physical infrastructure. You will oversee various administrative tasks related to facilities, equipment, and logístical operations to support the smooth functioning of our workplace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Facilities Management**:
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for buildings, utilities, and other infrastructure components.
- Oversee janitorial services, security systems, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services.
- **Asset Management**:
- Maintain an inventory of company assets, including furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Track asset usage, depreciation, and lifecycle management to optimize resource allocation and budgeting.
- Coordinate the procurement, installation, and disposal of assets as needed.
- **Logistics and Operations**:
- Organize office layouts and workspace assignments to maximize efficiency and collaboration.
- Manage transportation services, including vehicle fleets and parking facilities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- **Space Planning and Utilization**:
- Assess space requirements and plan for expansions, relocations, or renovations as necessary.
- Optimize space utilization through effective layout design and allocation strategies.
- Implement workplace initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to building codes, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards or compliance issues.
- Implement emergency preparedness plans and provide training to employees on safety protocols.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets for facility maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings through efficiency improvements and vendor negotiations.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to track spending and justify budget allocations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on facilities or infrastructure management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in facilities management, including safety, security, and environmental sustainability.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Immediate Joiners are preferable.**
**Salary - Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000 Per Month.**
**Graduation is mandatory.**
**Experience - 3 to 5 yrs.**
