**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Admin Executive with accounting experience to join our team. The Corporate Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to our corporate office and assisting with accounting tasks as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the corporate office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements for corporate executives and staff, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- **Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- **Accounting Tasks**: Assist with accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports as needed.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and agreements, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Assist with the coordination of corporate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and directing communication to the appropriate channels.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly in accounting and finance-related matters.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management, providing administrative and accounting expertise as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- years of experience in corporate administration, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Experience in office management and vendor coordination is a plus.
