**Job Title**: Software Production Support Technician**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support for a software production processing environment.
- Detect, diagnose, and report related problems.
- Consult with internal users on software capabilities and usage.
- Follow escalation procedures, when necessary, to resolve incidents and problems promptly.
- Use appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve incidents, problems, or known errors.
- Assist development teams in requirements definition, system design, and project delivery.
- Verify technical specifications for development projects.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of Unix commands and Unix Shell Scripting.
- Experience with shell scripting.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle and SQLPLUS.
- Familiarity with common networking practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL production support best practices.
- Flexibility and availability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
