- Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners / Industry partners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement
- Performing requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for development team
- Conducting requirement grooming meetings and to share business needs and system requirements with the development team
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Serving as a liaison between Business users, Business Analyst and development team users
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and unblocking the team.
- Managing competing resources, dependencies and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Gather metrics, conduct retrospective meetings for driving improvements
- Exceptional Communication, documentation, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams)
- Knowledge in SQL server administration
- Familiarity with Estimation models
