Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership (CXO) to understand their talent needs, organizational goals, and hiring priorities.- Provide insightful feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support informed decision-making.

Relationship Management:
- Process Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in executive recruitment.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and implement creative solutions to address talent acquisition challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 10 ~ 12 years as an executive recruiter or leadership hiring specialist, preferably in a corporate set up or executive search firm.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
