Sales Executive

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their furniture needs and preferences.
- Showcase our furniture products effectively, utilizing product knowledge and sales techniques to highlight features, benefits, and design options.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their requirements, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our furniture collections.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, promotions, and delivery options, guiding customers through the sales process with transparency and integrity.
- Proactively follow up with potential leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships and converting prospects into satisfied customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that furniture displays are well-presented and stocked at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers and address their questions.
- Handle customer feedback and concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
