Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide troubleshooting assistance for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms, including app installations, updates, and general mobile app issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile apps and basic device functionality.
Ensure smooth communication and guide customers through the problem-solving process.
Log and track customer support issues and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, etc.) to ensure resolution of complex customer issues.
Assist in testing app functionalities and provide feedback for improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional, friendly support.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or management when necessary.
**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a mobile app environment.
Basic knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with how software systems and mobile apps work.
Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support management tools.
Basic technical understanding of mobile app development is a plus.
