**Banking Voice process (**Outbound**)**

**Fresher( PUC and above)**

**Shift timings **:Female : 8am to 8pm any 9 hours rotational shift

**Location**: Hebbal, Bangalore

**Working Days**: 6 days working & One rotation off

**Language **: English + Hindi

English + Tamil

English + Malayalam

English + Telugu

English + Kannada

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication Skills**: Agents should possess excellent communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Adherence to banking regulations and compliance standards is crucial. Agents need to be well-versed in the legal and ethical aspects of debt collection to avoid any legal issues.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Softcore collection involves negotiation to find mutually acceptable solutions. Agents should be skilled in negotiating payment plans, settlement offers, or alternative arrangements based on the customer's financial situation.
- **Product Knowledge**: Agents should have a strong understanding of the bank's products and services, as well as knowledge about the customer's account details and payment history.
- **Data Security**: Given the sensitive nature of financial information, agents must follow strict data security protocols to protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Agents may encounter various challenges and objections from customers. Strong problem-solving skills are essential to address issues and find suitable solutions.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with the software and tools used in the collection process is important. This may include customer relationship management (CRM) systems, dialer software, and other relevant technologies.
- **Training and Continuous Improvement**: Regular training sessions and updates are crucial to keep agents informed about changes in policies, regulations, and best practices. Continuous improvement helps enhance their skills and performance.

**Salary**: ₹15,100.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
