We are seeking a talented and ambitious Account Executive/ Junior Account Manager to join our expanding team in Dubai. As an integral part of our agency, you will play a crucial role in client relations, project management, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring effective communication throughout projects.
- Work closely with the creative team, suppliers, and freelancers, ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, goals, and deliverables, ensuring the highest standard of client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Assist in the development and delivery of client presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Prepare project quotations, estimates, and handle billing processes.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and freelancers, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Proactively cultivate and maintain client relationships, driving continuous revenue and identifying new opportunities.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of clients and their industry, encompassing business initiatives, trends, competitive landscape, and marketplace dynamics.
- Take charge of revenue, profit, and billing targets with existing clients.
- Contribute to new business initiatives by assessing and qualifying opportunities and actively supporting pursuit efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management/client service or related roles at a branding/creative/social media agency (1-2 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with branding and creative agency processes.

**Work-from-home Period**:
During the probation period, the role will follow a work-from-home model. After the successful completion of a 6-month probation, the talent will be assigned to our Dubai office.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
