**Job title: Assessor**

**General Job Description**:
The Assessor plays a pivotal role in evaluating education and training assignments within the education system, similar to b.ed, mainly focusing on the Education and Training Programme. This role involves checking assessments, providing guidance to learners, and adhering to the standards set forth by the awarding body. Additionally, the Assessor collaborates with internal stakeholders to maintain assessment standards and facilitate learner achievement.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Conduct assessments according to the Education and Training Programme requirements, similar to B. Ed.
- Provide guidance and support to learners throughout the assessment process.
- Ensure assessment evidence meets the stipulated standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Internal Verifier to standardise assessment practices and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of assessment outcomes and learner progress.

**Job Specifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in teaching or relevant occupational experience in the Education Sector.
- Thorough understanding of assessment practices and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with learners and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed or equivalent qualification in Education.
- Teaching experience or relevant occupational experience in the Education and Training Sector.
- Additional qualifications, such as a recognised vocational/NVQ assessor qualification, are advantageous.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹300.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
